2020 Market Report

2020 was an interesting year to say the least. We’ve seen a V-shaped recovery in most markets as we have worked through 2020 in the Greater Philadelphia Region. This has been fueled largely by historically low-interest rates as well as homeowners’ desire to upgrade their space.
